Illnesses such as leukemia, sickle cell anemia and such can be the origin of such a problem.

Some people bruise a lot more easily than others, but we all tend to bruise more easily as we get older. When we get older we have less protection below the skin and therefore bruise more easily. You can also look to use aromatherapy by spreading oils over the bruise and then covering up the area with a bandage. Make sure that you don’t wrap it all up too tight however, as this will not allow any room for the skin to breath.
