An entrepeneurs mindset in a business situation is often largely underestimated. Mindset and the power of the mind is a tool that when used the right way can achieve and attract limitless bounty. However, when allowed undisciplined thought, a mind filled with negativity can also bring one’s world crashing down around them including health, wealth and everything and anything else you can think of. A business entrepeneur really has to know that they are the only one that holds the key to their own success or failure and that they cannot just sit back and expect everything to go well, thus why maintaining a strong mindset is so important. As discussed in detail in “The Secret” and many other books and publishings, the mind is capable of attracting anything and everything that you desire, happiness, health success, anything! It is hard to be brief about such a vast subject matter as the power of the mind and mindset, but much has been said about being able to achieve “whatever you put your mind to”. Any time a negative thought of any kind comes into your head, you must do what ever you can to replace it with a positive one immediately. When it comes to business telling yourself “I am not a salesperson, I can’t do this” should immediately be replaced with a positive affirmation of some kind like “I am confident and relate my product easily to my prospects”. Your mind will believe whatever you tell it if you tell it often enough and feed it positivity. If you only think positive thoughts, the power of attraction says you can only attract positive things. It is extremely important to maintain positivity in a business situation, though not always easy, and know that you are the only person responsible for your success or even failure. As important as the technical skills are to run a business, just as important are the skills of mindset and positive thinking that you need to attract the facets you need for a successful business, for example attracting the most suitable prospects to your business. If you feel that your mind is not on track to get you the success or happiness or anything else you desire, then perhaps it is time for a change. There is an abundance of reading material around that will guide you down the right path to what you seek. Try “The Secret”, by Rhonda Byrne as I mentioned before. That is an amazing read and very simply written and easy to understand and get a grip on. Also I recommend “With Winning In Mind”, by Lanny Basham. Another well written book with concepts that are easy to understand and implement. “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill is also a fantastic and powerful read, you’ll probably want to read that twice. Well, you get the drift. Read them all if you can and I’ll bet that any one of them will make an amazing difference in your life, business or personal. If you don’t yet believe in the power of mindset and the power of attraction, then I stronly suggest you start.
